The 3.2rev04 update was a small update released shortly before 3.3, and the only change made was to copy the signing bug fix from IOS37 to IOS30, blocking the Freeloader, as well as the Homebrew Channel ISO installer, and various drivechip setup discs.
The new IOS30 did not have its ES build date updated; however, IOSP had its build date updated, although nothing else changed in IOSP.[check] It is unknown if this was a mistake or if it was Nintendo trying to hide their fix.
