IOS13 is used by Photo Channel 1.0, and it is set in the second version of Forecast Channel dummy and News Channel dummy, although these shortcuts cannot be launched.
IOS11v10 and IOS13v10 were built at the exact same time, which probably means versions 7-9 had identical changes, and IOS13v7 was forked from IOS11v6.[1] IOS13 is probably a twin version of IOS11, much like most System Menu-system channel twins, but the first version of IOS11 did not have an IOS13 twin, probably due to the dual-IOS build script not existing at the time. The only difference in IOS13v10 from IOS11v10 is the version in NCD (changed from IOS11v10 to IOS13v10), but it is possible that versions 7-9 had differences. Alternatively, the branch may have been split so that IOS11 would be updateable without disrupting system channels.
