Forecast Channel dummy is a channel preinstalled on launch-day consoles that displays the banner saying to update.
There are two versions; the second has an extra message saying "You cannot use this channel until service begins." The second version was released on NUS in 2.0rev02, but was removed from the SOAP server at an unknown point.
v0 appears to be identical to News Channel dummy, and has 2 contents; v3 has 3 contents, where contents 1 and 2 are identical.
