The 2.0rev03 update was a small update to the Wii Shop Channel that blocks roto's packet sniffer. It came coupled with a change in the NUS server to send HTTPS URLs from the SOAP server.
Changes
- Switched Wii Shop Channel to use HTTPS
- Wii Shop Channel now uses IOS15, which was now released
