IOS70 was released alongside System Menu 4.2 and used by it. It supports SDHC cards, just like IOS61 and IOS62.
Like other IOSes in the 4.2 update, IOS70 has ES_CheckHasKoreanKey, which is used by the System Menu to determine whether Error 003 should be displayed, as well as v1 ticket support.
Preloader can only be installed if IOS70 has ES_Identify patched into it. This does not apply to Priiloader.
