IOS61

Overview
IOS61 was release alongside IOS60 and is used by the Wii Shop Channel on System Menu 4.0 and System Menu 4.1
It is composed of 17 parts, 15 app parts and the ticket and tmd file. This IOS is known to have SDHC support.
