IOS55 is an IOS that some games starting in late 2008 use. v4633 is identical to IOS51v4633, probably to allow IOS51 to be updated without compatibility issues, although in reality, IOS51 was immediately stubbed.

Purpose and anti-piracy
This IOS is presumably required by NfS: Undercover to make a Logitech USB steering wheel work.
