IOS10 was used for non-U regions of System Menu 1.0. U region used IOS9 instead. This IOS fixes an AOSS bug present in IOS9, and it is unknown if and when this fix was ported to the other 1.0 IOSes.
Like IOS9, IOS10 had no build tag while it was active.
