IOS60 was released alongside System Menu 4.0 and was used by it and System Menu 4.1. It was the first IOS to have SDHC support, along with IOS61 (System Menu 4.0 introduced SDHC support and IOS61 for the Wii Shop Channel also introduced it).
It is composed of 17 parts, 15 app parts, a ticket and a tmd file.
