Initially distributed with the NTSC release of Animal Crossing: City Folk, this IOS is rumored to have functions used by the Wii Speak peripheral. Along with IOS55, it is required - and installed - by the official Nintendo Wii Speak Channel.

The only game that uses it is Animal Crossing: City Folk (NOT including the Korean version).
