/title/00010000/30303030/data is a directory used by iplKitayamaTest.cpp in System Menu 2.0 (and probably other versions as well). There is also a disc with ID 0000 that might have similar function, although this might also just be considered the "null" savefile.
The TMD recovered from /title/00000001/00000002/data/tmds.sys has a single content with type 0x2; hash trees have never been seen on NAND titles, so this is most likely a real disc. This TMD reports the content being 0x10000 in size, although this is probably also dummy data like the 0xCAFEDEAD in RVL_UJI_DIAG.
