Judging by [[:/sys/uid.sys]], IOS10 does not seem to have been preinstalled on [[Hollywood AA]] consoles, even in PAL/Japan regions. It is not currently known if it is distributed on launch day consoles in those regions, as they typically come with [[System Menu 2.0]].
