Notice: Many Wii System Updates stop certain homebrew from working. Wiibrew strongly recommends that you do not update your Wii through Nintendo. You can update your Mii Channel with Mii Channel Updater without updating your Wii.
Warning to homebrew developers:
Modchip manufacturer Argon has released a Wii channel DRM locked to their modchip which relies on illegal distribution of code for installation. This channel downloads homebrew applications turned into channels, which Argon distributes from their site. These applications appear to be using banners stolen from Nintendo games. You can find the list of these applications here. If you have released a homebrew app and Argon is distributing your work by violating its license or packaging it with illegally distributed banners, you should get in contact with them and demand removal.
