Wiimote/Extension Controllers/Densha de GO! (Wii) Shinkansen Controller

The Shinkansen Controller (Shinkansen is known as a Bullet Train in English) is a controller designed only to be used in Densha de GO! Shinkansen EX: Sanyou Shinkansen-hen. It can be identified by the six bytes 00 00 A4 20 03 10. Externally, this controller is similar to the PlayStation 2 version of the Shinkansen Controller, except it's white and the screen has been replaced by a sticker. The Wii version of the Shinkansen Controller demands higher prices than the PS2 version due to its rarity. However, the only game that works with it also supports using a Wii Remote on its side, a Nunchuk, or a Classic Controller.
Data Format
The Shinkansen Controller reports its information 8 bytes of data:
Bytes 0, 1, 4, and 5 are unused and all read as 0
Byte 2 reads as the left lever, with 9 states
Byte 3 reads as the right lever, with 14 states
Byte 6 reads bit 2 as Start, bit 4 as Select, bit 6 as down, and bit 7 as right
Byte 7 reads bit 0 as up, bit 1 as left, bit 2 as D, bit 3 as C, bit 4 as A, and bit 6 as B
