This is the channel that you can install to a system menu using Wii Fit Plus. It is similar to the Wii Fit Channel: you can take a quick body test, but cannot do training within the channel (there is an option to launch the game disc from within the channel). It is useful for people who want to take a body test but without having to insert the disc.
