The Wii Fit Channel is a channel that comes bundled with the game Wii Fit. It loads a limited version of the in-game "Wii Fit Plaza" so you don't need to insert the game disk to do the following:
- View and change user profiles
- Perform body tests
- Display progress charts for user profiles
However, you will need the disc to do the following:
- Do training activities
- Access the trial mode on the Wii Fit Plaza
- Access the settings menu on the Wii Fit Plaza
