please address this problem
In preloader you know when the disk spins i know you said that you would fix that, but when the disk is spinning the wii is also outputting video at the same time in standby mode when preloader is installed, that can't be good for it, and i really like preloader but those two reasons are why i don't install it, but if you could make it so the wii isn't outputting video in standby mode that would be really nice. About Bannerbomb
Do you know what Bannerbomb actually exploits? I couldn’t find it documented anywhere, but I saw that Priiloader has a Bannerbomb restore hack. Hallowizer (talk) 19:16, 25 March 2021 (CET) i sadly do not know. the hack was made by somebody else (crediar?) and came with preloader back in the day. i think it exploited the system by having invalid banner data for a channel on the sd card that ended up getting code executed on the PPC. thats just my guesses from reading the bannerbomb page
ES_Identify

I don't know if there is/was a bug in ES_Identify. i know it is used to identify the running PPC code as a title/game so it can access certain resources that the title/game should have the rights for (save data, channel data etc etc). Priiloader uses this to identify as System menu during install and when booting System menu from a different IOS. however, in both cases IOS needs to be patched to allow it to do so.. --DacoTaco 17:48, 30 March 2021 (UTC)

Rights
I noticed that I'm missing admin rights now; are you aware of anything relating to how I obtained them? I was offered them by a person in a server that I moderated for (that was later banned for unrelated reasons) but I'm not sure if that was done in good faith by them.
