Well, I normally don't do a lot of Wii development. But I'm thinking about at least writing a software replacement for the Wii Homebrew Browser with a free software license, iff the author refuses to release the source code under a free software license. I promise to always write software for the Wii that respects your freedom.
In my free time, I am also willing to write free software replacements for the Homebrew Channel itself and the Wii's IOSes. My goal is that someday the Wii can be a fully free system running on only free software. I also want to port Firefox or a Webkit based browser to the Wii HBC, but that would be pointless since Wii-Linux already exists.
Unfortunately, I have limited experience in software engineering. So it won't be possible to do a large project like those alone.
