/shared2/title is a directory referenced by NandSDWorker in the System Menu that has never been seen on a real console. Its contents are included when NandSDWorker calculates the NAND usage by title contents, together with the subdirectories of /title for 00010000, 00010001, 00010003, 00010004, 00010005, 00010006, and 00010007. It is likely that this directory was an older version of /title, before system titles/channels existed, since those are excluded in the count for subdirectories of /title.
