I figured out what's wrong with your meta.xml! Here ya go:

Take note at how the ampersand didn't work right. All you need to do is close the spaces between "& amp ;". Also, I shortened the short description to fix the space provided.

This was done as a thank you because I accidentally deleted two of the channels (I thought they were duplicates of the Forecast and News Channels) that this new version restores, so thank you very much Mr. Wack0!
