No it doesn't, it place where they have the real cart, and loan out the rom images from them. After the client closes, it release it hold on that copy, and another user can loan that game. However, you're right on the GPL stuff, right now all of Console Classix's windows client are modified versions of software relicensed so then can keep the DRM code a secret. 23:39, 26 April 2009 (UTC)
