I'm moving a bunch of RS-hosted files here onto my server and switching the links around. The authors are free to switch them back, but RS is becoming horribly greedy and naggy with the "all slots are used up" messages. If the authors prefer my hosting and would like to update their apps, just email me with the updated version (preferably zipped).
