This template is designed to be used on the talk page of any user page, to provide:
- a short introduction and appropriate links for newcomers
- a reminder of policy to experienced WiiBrew users every time they visit the page
It should be use like this: {{User talk header}}
If you wish to use this on archive pages you can use {{User talk header|USERNAME}} where USERNAME is your Username.
