"The Wii Menu will now open"

I believe the Wii U UI generally uses the term "Wii Menu" to refer to WiiMode in general. Even though the transfer app doesn't launch the menu itself (outside of when it formats vWii mode), I believe it switches to WiiMode after that message, which is why the following screen looks different, and why the system must reboot to get back to the original transfer tool. Yeah, the Wii Menu is used in the Wii U's UI to refer to WiiMode in general. It's plausible that it switches to WiiMode after the message, but never shows the Wii System Menu. My problem lies in the message's questionable existence. In a recorded video, specifically, this one, I cannot see any message saying "The Wii Menu will now open", however, as I said in my dummy edit summary, I am unable to check this myself (I only own 1 Wii U), so this discussion could go either way. That's a fairly likely possibility. There would be no reason to open WiiMode if neither the source console nor target console ever used it. I'll take a look through the video when you link it. In the video I linked, there was a message mentioning the Wii Menu that apparently I did not see. During the system transfer, on source console: "Wii Menu data and software will be moved to the SD card. The Wii Menu will now open." This message apparently does exist, but different versions of it may be displayed depending on the circumstances. My only minor question is: Is it displayed after the system transfer?
