Point of this article

I do not understand the point of this article. Is the SMG save file any different to any other Wii save file, or does this page pretty much describe how all Wii games are saved?^^^^ —Preceding unsigned comment added by Anonymous user (talk • contribs)

All games save their stuff in different ways; for example, Zelda uses zeldaTp.dat instead of GameData.bin. It’s worth documenting games with saves because there could be exploits in them. Hallowizer (talk) 05:32, 1 December 2021 (CET)
