Wiimote Connect

I never got the chance to test the emulator, as it stopped before that point. My wiimote turned off, and I saw the screen say press 1+2, but before I could even hit it, it switched to searching in other places and loaded the GUI w/o connecting the wiimote, and no matter what button I pushed, it wouldn't do it. A reboot proved futile, as it didn't load at all...problem? --Atariangamer 22:33, 22 January 2009 (UTC)

I've added some step by step instructions to the main page, hopefully this will help.--Wilsoff 21:30, 29 January 2009 (UTC)

Screen Overcrop

I have my Wii hooked up to a plasma TV using component cables. The top and the bottom of the screen are hidden as they fall outside of the viewing area. Can you leave a bit of space at the top and bottom please?--Wilsoff 21:30, 29 January 2009 (UTC)

Component cable

There´s any chance to make StellaWii compatible with component video? Thanks! -TunaLover

It works with component cables for me (US NTSC Wii to Plasma). What do you see?--Wilsoff 10:39, 29 January 2009 (UTC)

I use component cables, but I didn't enable 480p since my TV doesn't support it, mine is a NTSC Wii, no problems with other apps. What I see is a splited image tilting, similar at when you use component cables and try to enable 480p and your TV doesn't support it. I though that the app try to launch me at 480p since it detect the component cable, then I got the messes image. It should use the Wii system menu configuration to detect what format are you using, if that possible?

Native Wii Support

Will it ever be possible to have a port of Stella working on the native Wii operating system, rather than running Linux, and then Stella from that?--Wilsoff 06:39, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

I assume you're meaning from libogc, like most Wii apps are, and yes this is possible - but requires a lot more work. --Tantric 07:18, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
I second Wilsoff, apps running on Linux produce problems with component cables, if your TV is not progresive scan enabled, I always have problems with Geexbox, SDL MAME, Wii Linux, and other apps and games running on Linux. --TunaLover
I have a libogc-based Stella in development, Wii2600. It is fully playable at this point. --Raz0red 18:32, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

Broken Mirror

I just want to let it be known that the mirror is down ATM. I may have a this copy of this app, so I may ul it somewhere. --Eric 03:12, 4 June 2010 (UTC)
