I know it wasn't exactly requested, but I made an Xbox 360 Dashboard theme. It started out as a pet project and I basically ended up spending a ton of time on it, but the stuff I did at the beginning (like the background) I hadn't put as much effort into. If anyone wants to take it and make a better one without using copyrighted images (I made everything in it from scratch, besides the obvious Xbox logo) feel free to use anything in there. Credit would be nice (not that it'll get me very far in life,) especially if you use the network icon or the usb gecko icon...
