the page says that it will destroy partitions not formated as FAT. My main drive is 200Gb WBFS and 200GB FAT. can I run it?

I can't believe the code is destructive, does it really performs writes if the reads fails? i went to see the source, but the link goes to a dead git repo. and now i'm turned off to search the code in libogc :(
