+Bg4545, since you sound like an expert on illegal things let me ask you this: [http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/systems/wii/en_na/privacyCoC.jsp this page] says 'Unauthorized technical modifications to your Wii Console voids your warranty and may be illegal. Nintendo may make technical changes to the Wii Console, software and/or Wii Network Service to disable the modification.'. Now nintendo does disable modifications with every new version of system menu, and one thing that it deletes every time is homebrew channel. Now question to you: do you want to be consistent and delete everything on wiibrew.org that 'may be illegal'? If so, nintendo gives you a hint what they think is unathorized mod that may be illegal. Do you want to start policing that? Just to be clear I dont like any of those themes, i didnt install any of that.
