I still don't know how the rules could be any clearer, but I've clarified the rules a bit more (which is more of a re-iteration in different words). I sincerley hope this ends this tiresome discussion. If it doesn't, I'm afraid we'll have to resort to more drastic measures. --[[User:Drmr|Drmr]] 22:27, 22 August 2010 (UTC)
