It says "WADs, backups, and other warez are strictly prohibited. Users who violate this rule will be blocked." does this include say a WAD of Neogamma, since Neogamma is a homebrew? What about the CIOS WADs, are those good or not?

:Any backup loader is unsupported here, and cIOS WADs are completely illegal as they redistribute copyrighted Ninty IOS. Work it out your self. --SifJar 23:26, 31 December 2009 (UTC)

::Well, what about a WAD for the homebrew channel? What I meant was, WADs themselves aren't against the rules, but the content in most WADs are. (When I said my last comment I didn't know that you couldn't talk about Backup Loaders here even though they don't have copyrighted code, so that was a bad example, I want to have Savegame Manager on my Wii's Channel menu, would asking for a WAD of that be against the rules?)
