When updating Quake Wii, PAK0.PAK gets overwritten. This is bad, because I have vispatched my .PAK files to have transparent water. Why not check if PAK0.PAK exists first and then download a version without PAK0.PAK?

After autoupdating to latest Homebrew Browser, the icons are no longer updating as usual (after loading it usually searches for newer icons for programs).
