+Success!!! Thanks Linus, followed your instructions by first trying to delete the "txtcodes" folder, it would not delete. Kept getting warning that it was not empty and cannot be deleted. So I then reformatted the SD card from FAT32 to FAT. Put everything back on the card, created "txtcodes" folder, and it went ryt thru, no further issues.
