+Ok so I tried this and had no problem. Select NTSC-US then wii. Now it will say downloading for like 15 second. then scroll right and select punchout. It will display downloading again, then removing headers and finally exit.

+If this doesnt work Ive got a few ideas. Start by deleting the /txtcodes/ folder and recreating it. Next how is your card formatted Ive only tried with FAT16. So FAT32 might now work. Are you using a proxy server? If the app does freeze during removing header a file called temp.txt should be in the txtcodes folder when you restart. Please post the content of it here.
