I have been using wii codes for quite some time now, and I've used all of the code managers that have been released to date. On this manager, some of the code lists that I have been able to edit and use with other code managers are showing up with only the error message "empty?". Obviously the document isn't empty, and, in fact, it is properly formatted and can be virtually identical to some of the ones that do work. I only have 7 .txt code lists in the folder, all are properly formatted, but a few of them do not function with the manager. In particular, Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Wii Sports are showing up as 'empty'. I've tried shuffling things around, removing codes, and even renaming them, but nothing seems to make an impact. Is there something I'm missing? Does the manager have issues reading certain games, or is there some other aspect behind all this? Please let me know what I can do to get those codes to be recognized. The lists are smaller than some of the ones that work. Thank you for creating this wonderful program, and for any help you may be able to provide me with. | I have been using wii codes for quite some time now, and I've used all of the code managers that have been released to date. I can't get the cheats to work. I followed the instructions down to the last detail and I'm trying to use some cheats for Madworld so when I activate what I want and hit 1 to make the file and it all goes like it should. So I exit back to the Wii menu and start Madworld and there are no cheats at all. Am I missing something?
ANSWER: there's a glitch that saves the gct file as (using ssbb as example) "Y?>>RSBE01" instead of "RSBE01". I don't know why. Fix? for now, use SD Explorer. And also, you need gecko OS to run these cheats.
