Given all the moderately recent issues with selling homebrew, I think it would be wise to decide on a license and include it in all future releases. At least a text file with copyright information would help, perhaps even built into the game.

Superb game, haven't got round to having a good games worth just a few minutes here& there... :) djdynamite123
