Notice: Many Wii System Updates stop certain homebrew from working. Wiibrew strongly recommends that you do not update your Wii through Nintendo. You can update your Mii Channel with Mii Channel Updater without updating your Wii.
Warning to homebrew developers:
Modchip manufacturer Argon has released a Wii channel DRM locked to their modchip which relies on illegal distribution of code for installation. This channel downloads homebrew applications turned into channels, most or all of which are using illegal banners stolen from Nintendo games. You can find the list of these applications here. If you have released a homebrew app and Argon is distributing your work illegally, you should get in contact with them and demand removal.
