: Yes, I have noticed this issue. Apparently Nintendo doesn't like people swapping Wii Points/titles between different regions. The only workaround is to enter the shop using the region it is set to, delete your shop account from the Shop Settings menu (Which will delete all titles associated with your account!), change your region, and re-enter the shop. With a little bit of extra code, and an IOS without /dev/flash or /dev/fs patched, we can probably back up those titles and reinstall them without issue.
