::Understood... Would be awesome to load lastest IOS though; As I'm not the biggest fan of buying a new router atm. (This 'shitty' router is less than a year old.) For now though, I'm more than happy with V7... allthough, could you tell me what exactly was changed in wiiload with v8? ::: try it with no security on the wireless. my network was unsecured and everything worked fine, but now i turned on security and it stopped working. i didnt notice if it brings down ALL wireless when i try to connect, and also i have not yet tried to change back to unsecured to see if that fixes it. the wii itself seems to be able to connect (everybody votes channel works). 3.2U

The U-Verse router (3800HGV-B) seems to work fine with beta 8 (I haven't tried tcpload, but it displays an IP and certainly doesn't disable my router's wireless interface). I set my router to a fixed channel and 'WPA-PSK' (and used TKIP on my Wii). Try beta 8 and look in [http://gateway.2wire.net/xslt?PAGE=J34&THISPAGE=J01&NEXTPAGE=J34 the event log] after your wireless stops working.
