The level is packed in the apps/jumpnbump/jumpbump.dat file. You can download other levels *somewhere* on the internet and replace that file with another one. I plan to make it slightly easier to do that though, by creating a level selection mechanism. As for the size, I have some ideas but haven't found the time yet to try them.
