: I'll ask for clarification. We do need to know whether this comes from a video capture board (and which model) or from studying code, before working out any baselines for making calculations. Measurements are needed from PAL users too even if it is just video captures for now. The video card model is important to determine how many scanlines are being discarded and so on.
