Brick - To brick your wii

To '''brick''' a Wii is to damage the console beyond repair.  Fully bricked Wii consoles do not play.

When you brick your wii, you are screwed. This means you cannot make full use or no use at all from your wii.

There are Repair discs, but they only work on a semi brick wii.

A semi-bricked Wii has a small error in the system menu. Once a Wii is semi-bricked, it cannot enter the settings screen. There are repair discs for semi-bricked Wii consoles, but not for those fully bricked.
