The Wii Startup Disc is a disc which was used to install the initial retail version of the System Menu and various channels and IOS versions onto an early Wii system which did not have this software pre-installed with 122E. The regular System Menu will not load this disc due to a check it has to see if a disc has the title ID 'RAAE' (see BS2 states 9/10). If it does, it refuses to load the disc. It seems to be listed in the "43DB" list added in vWii Menu 4.0.0; this probably means it was compiled with an SDK version that does not support 16:9 stretching. Because of the RAAE check, it is impossible to launch this disc normally on the vWii, meaning it does not make sense to list this disc if the disc was created manually, so it must have been based on SDK version.
