GlowWii is an app to illuminate the LED lights of the Wii's front panel. Unlike other apps that have been made, this app supports using illumination patterns that Nintendo made (for example, the pattern for when the system receives a Wii message, which mimics the call of a bush warbler).

Version History

v1.1 - August 22, 2022

  • Add GameCube controller support. (in the previous release, having a GameCube controller plugged in would crash the app)
  • Add Wii U Pro Controller support.
  • Fix an issue where setting the pattern to Bush Warbler v1.0 would exit the app.
  • Interval between pattern glow is now 1 second instead of 3 seconds.

v1.0 - April 21, 2022

  • Initial release.
