Can anybody explain to me how this works? Let's take IOS80 v6944 for example, if I type "6944" into my hex converter, it shows me "1B20". How do you get 27.32 out of that? I don't understand how this works at all. Also, exactly how is 4 = 0.4 but 706 is 0.7.6. Shouldn't it be 7.0.6? Or 70.6? Is there a converter or something I can use? I'm so confused.
