Changes

There's some problems with the new categorization. First off, IOS9 is listed twice now. Second, IOS16 is listed as an "anti-cIOS stub", but how is it any different from IOS3 and IOS5? Those are all supposed to stub out IOSes, which were never released to the public. The slot for IOS16 also never was used for cIOS. The original IOS16 was used because of its unfixed trucha bug.
