In the FAQ reads "Newer Wiis have different disc drives that do not support the commands that DVDX used to read DVDs." Is this true? I have no problems using DVDX, but I want to know. If this is true, will there be change to this? --[[User:Error|Error]] 20:23, 8 January 2010 (UTC)

Homebrew channel now contains required drivers by default, so if you're getting errors installing DVDx, never fret. Just launch WiiMC or any similar media playback app and DVDs should play flawlessly.
