BlueMii is a modification of Bluebomb designed to run on the Wii itself, which means that a Wii console, Wii U through vWii, or even Dolphin, can be used to initiate the Bluebomb process.

Instructions

1. Copy the apps folder from the BlueMii .zip to the root of an SD card or USB drive and insert it into a console with the Homebrew Channel installed.
2. Copy a boot.elf file (usually the Hackmii Installer) to the root of another SD card or USB drive and insert it into the target console.
3. On the source console, open the Homebrew Channel and load the BlueMii application.
4. On the target console, go to Wii Settings and find the current System Menu version.
5. In the BlueMii app, using the D-pad left and right buttons, choose the option that corresponds to the target's System Menu version (the Wii mini has its own separate options, so use those).
6. Power off the target console, then turn it back on without connecting any Wii Remotes.
7. In the BlueMii app, press the A button to confirm the selection. This will power off any Wii Remotes connected to the source console and should display Waiting to accept... on the screen.
8. On the target console, press the SYNC button repeatedly until the screen displays Got connection handle, and the HackMii installer process should begin.
