This is the equivalent of /shared2/wc24/dlcnt.bin for mail. When mail is downloaded from either WC24 HTTP(S) or through the mail engine(?), the mail is written here. Later when KD_SaveMail is executed, this file is processed and deleted. When KD_SaveMail is successful, this mail is moved to /shared2/wc24/mbox/wc24recv.mbx with the WC24 MIME container data removed.
