/meta/00010001 is a directory that has not been seen on any consoles; however, like /meta/00010000, it is deleted by NandSDWorker when formatting the NAND.
It probably contained banners, similar to /meta/00010002, but as a result of the inability to update /meta contents, it was ultimately never used.
